its a wedding in August and i'm so excited! wedding plans, bridesmaid dresses and Mexico! megs' its going to be a blast! so happy for you!

Really January??

it's a New Year and the first month is almost done. with all the excitement that we have had in the first 24 days i'm going for a restart again!!

Oakly has another Hockey injury. . .yup another. . .concussion!! he has been out of school for 2 weeks and we go back to the Dr. on Thursday. he is still dealing with headaches and with that lots of sleep. every time i look at him i think i'm raising a vampire. he is pasty white and with his dark hair i just think he could be a great looking Robert Pattinson! LOL he would kill me. on the plus side. . . 

i am officially down to 2 jobs! this will give me so much more time at home. my poor family in the last 4 1/2 months has been suffering from lack of normalcy. meals and meals as a family have been few and far in between. that is all slowly changing, healthy meals as a family, oh how i have missed you.

so my run in with the guys in blue has got to becoming to an end. . .2 fender benders, a ticket for running a stop sign, a photo radar (still protesting that it was me driving) and now i have killed, not one. . .but 2 deer! im thinking that knowing all the members at my local detachment has got to start paying off in a different way. 

if you look real close you can smell the flesh in the radiator! i caught one in the grill, one rolled across the front and up the passenger side, the third hit the driver side mirror and my window. i thought i was going to be hugging a deer and miraculously it skipped along the side of the car and was gone into the night. i managed to keep the car on the road (why im sure i didn't get the photo radar, i don't speed!) phoned t. . .911. . .and then had a little cry! im checking this one off my bucket list! didn't know it was on to begin with but its done now!!

so as for the next 11 months 7 days and few hours i want a restart!
